| What are the EMJ payment options? Credit card (provided through PayPal), International Money Order, or personal check. Credit Card or Online Check We've chosen to accept credit card payments through PayPal. We believe their buyer protection policies (including a money back guarantee option) will enable you, our customer, to shop with increased confidence, knowing that we never have access to any more of your information than we need. When you shop through an online merchant who is not a "known" name necessarily, you have no real recourse if you find fault with the product or service. Once you have passed your credit card information to them, you really don't know who has it anymore. PayPal eliminates that problem and provides protection for buyers and sellers alike. Individual merchants never see your credit card information, we receive a confirmation email and your shipping address, along with your email address. You will also see that you are dealing with a merchant with an excellent reputation. We have never had a return (though we do have a return policy in place) nor have we had any complaints about shipping or handling. PayPal sends us an email to confirm your payment. We at Erin Miller Jewelry insist on a personal follow up email confirmation which you will receive right away. This allows Sunshine Coast residents the chance to request a discount on shipping by picking up their item. |

| International Money Order by Mail We will immediately place the item you are buying on hold if it is the only one of its kind, not to be sold to anyone else pending completion of our transaction. When ordering from Canada, a standard money order in the Canadian currency equivalent (please use our exchange tool, provided by www.xe.com, for up to the minute exchange rates. Don't forget, we will be adding G.S.T. (and P.S.T. in B.C. only) to your total. Please wait for your confirmation email which will have the total, plus applicable taxes based on the shipping address or billing address, whichever you prefer. :-) Residents of the Sunshine Coast, BC, should email us for available discounts on shipping - we believe in supporting Sunshine Coast businesses as well as Canadian ones! When ordering from the U.S., a confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of your order. It will give the grand total of your order (in US Funds), including shipping costs. (See our shipping options.) You must inform the post office or money order issuer that you are buying a money order to be deposited into a Canadian bank. They will issue you an International Money Order, rather than the standard money order which is only negociable in the United States. When we receive money orders that are not International, we will be forced to return the money order to you as it CANNOT be deposited into our bank account. |

| Personal Check (Cheque) or Email Money Transfer Personal checks delay shipment of your purchase until the check has cleared the bank. If the item you are purchasing is a one of a kind, it will be placed on hold until our transaction has been completed at which time it will be marked "sold". Once we have received your order, we will email you a confirmation which will include the grand total. Please note that you are responsible for mailing the check in a timely fashion and that we expect to receive check payments in no more than 10 days. We feel this allows ample time for mailing and any surprise delays at the post office. After 10 days, barring exceptional circumstances, we will remove the hold from your item(s) and other shoppers will be able to purchase the item you wanted. We do not wish to be unreasonable and we want everyone to be happy with their shopping experience here. Email Money Transfer is a service provided by many banks. You will need to verify that your bank offers this option - it's a simple transaction that most banks offer now. |

| How does Erin Miller Jewelry ship? Shipping Information Upon confirmation of payment (see payment options above) and a follow up email to re-confirm your shipping information, your item will be shipped within 5 business days. Rush service is available for those last minute, special occasion purchases. We ship using Canada Post, Fedex or Purolator. Our standard shipper is Canada Post. We have never experienced loss or damage using their reliable services. At a slightly higher cost, we use Purolator for many of our time-sensitive shipments. |
